RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. 
We will either work something out. 
You can return the item unworn for a refund or exchange.
 I want all of my clients to be happy with their Hecho Por Liz Jewelry-   If you do want to make a return, wrap the item as carefully as it was delivered,  I will refund your purchase minus shipping. 
 CONTACT me to make arrangements for the return.
***Personalized items are non refundable - when ordering a personalized item you will be contacted via email with final pictures of you item for you to approve or make adjustments
